Question putting sponges on powerhead?

How do I put a sponge on my powerhead? Do I buy a sponge, and wrap it around the powerhead? Or do a cut out a donut sponge? What do you guys do?

Will the foam guard fit on my powerhead? Or do I need to strap it down with fishing line or something.

The guards so my anemone won't get caught in it.

Which powerheads do you have?

There's a guy on Facebook that makes 3D printed ones for MP40s and other powerheads.

What I ended up going was taking those big black biochemical sponges and cut the sides off and just let the powerhead suck it on. I have the Maxi jet btw.
