Bad vendor, worse product. There have been more than a few people have their house filled with smoke from the capacitors in the ballast melting and the customer service is a joke.
Look for a thread called "anyone using these lights" or search for aquatraders.

Thanks. Just did that and after a few posts that was enough to scare me off. I gave up already.

Check out Aquactinics from the sponsor's page. You get what you pay for. Aquactinics has a pretty good reputation and decent pricing. I don't trust places that advertise german lamps rather than a brand name and tout "Ice Cool" fans which is an obvious ploy to make people think of Ice Cap which is a well respected brand.
