fluvial 13.5 feeding opening

Hello - I just wanted to post to all of us with fluvial 13.5 evo's and are keeping the tank cover that originally came with unit and HATE the opening for feeding that I contacted inTank ( have the replacement media boxes 1 & 2) about possibly making a cap of some sort to fit in that. They said if they get enough requests they might consider making something up. I am so happy with the way the media baskets work and fit that I would love to see something from them for that opening. If anyone else would be interested drop them and email and let them know. Thanks !

Hello Everyone. I haven't logged in a while. My Fluval has been running for about 14 months. The tank has suffered from neglect when I went on vacation this summer. Good news, the tank had had several transformations in the past 5 month; with the most recent changes of adding a used Kessil a160we in October and rearranging / adding rocks and adding more sps. I haven't taken a photo of the latest change. Here are a few photos since the light upgrade.
Stock-
Invertebrates: (no fish)
1 Peppermint Shrimp
1 emerald crab
5 nassarius snails
4 trochus snails
3-5 hermit crabs (they keep fighting)
Corals:
1 pink micromusa lord
4 Discosomas - Red, gold (foot not taking hold), blue, interstellar
3 zoanthids
1 purple and green favites
1 green apple montipora cap
1 plating montipora (not sure of name)
1 sour apple birdsnest
1 blueberry shortcake acropora
1 jedi mind trick entrusting monti
1 bright orange pavona maldivensis (my favorite)
1 hammer head lps
pH 8 | alkalinity 8 dkH | Ca 400 | Mg 1250
Biggest advice, be consistent with Your Style of husbandry (what works for you might not work for others) and maintain stable water parameters.

I have the spec 16 which is the same footprint as the 13.5 but just couple inches taller. Mine as been running now for about 4 to 5 months. Started with live rock from my other tank. It's a BTA with a pair of clowns tank.

I have joined this club as well. It has been ~7 years since I last had a reef set up (last was a 90G).

I should actually start getting my hardware Tuesday according to Amazon...what have I done???
