Deltec Skimmers

Does anyone know what the deltec website is? I’m trying to purchase a MCE 600 but no one in the USA sells them and marine depot can’t special order them even though they are the goto people for deltec. Any suggestions?

If it’s that hard to buy one , imagine if you need any replacement parts for it.

Best bet might be buy used. There is a Deltec currently available in the selling forum.

Yup, I’ve ordered spare parts for my Deltec from Battle Corals. Adam’s service is top notch! Looks like he carries the MCE 600 too...

hope they aren't using aquabees in that new upgraded version.

i always had restart issues with my older version and i'd imagine that larger impeller on the new one could be problematic, could be wrong though and they may have fixed that issue.

i gave mine away to a fellow reefer but it did skim well when the pump wasn't frozen up.

In case you're looking for a comparable alternative HOB skimmer to the MC600, I can't recommend the Aquamaxx WS-1 enough. I had it on a 29g biocube and it was spectacular. It should work just fine for anything up to 55-65 gallons depending on bioload. It's what I always imagined an MC600 would perform like.
