Aquaforest Guide (EN)

Yes I suggest you use pro bio s and np pro. This will help you reduce nitrate and phosphate. You will need to be patient it will take a little time.

I'd also suggest you run phos minus to get that phosphate down. If you have a severe hair algae problem then your test is probably reading lower than what your phosphate is truly at. This is because the hair algae is consuming the phosphate and giving you a lower number that what is really going on.

You might also look into the Zeomix product. It also will help reduce your nutrients.

You can also hep you situation by pulling off as much hair algae as you can manually.

If it's on your rocks and you can remove them from the tank and scrub them with hydrogen peroxide. Then rinse well in clean saltwater and put them back in the tank.

All of these things can help.

Hello from Holland !!
I want to change from Triton to aquaforest.
I have read the manual but have a few questions.
I Will buy af component 1234.
Are af amino,af vitaly, af build and af energy for the feeling because running on utln?
I guess I also need products to keep no3 and po4 low?
Are there any other products that I have to use?

What I do now is a 10% weekly water change with High-grade Tropic Pro salt, I can keep using that because I have another full bucket.

My water values are currently:
Ca430
Mg 1320
Kh 8
Po4 0.03
No3 2
