HI Jim
This product is unique in the market and did not work with silver or other metals like the most other products do. I can quarantee you that it works on Dino or algea depending which kind of algea you have

....
During the treatment it is not allowed to use any kind of filtration material

...

You can contact www.reefwholesale.com and get their dealer list
there is a big ammount of Algea X landed in North America 14 days ago

HI

Like i said it depends on which kind of algea
Briopsis as sample is also a green algea but the metabolism is different then the most other algeas and that make the fight against her difficult.
We use that kind of products over 20 years now and have a lot of experience , that why we said AlgeaX is the last possibility if nothing other helps and we said always first to try out all other methodes.
The ingridients of AlgeaX will be taken by the algeas and then they block the metabolism of that algea
thats why they die then
so slower the metabolism of an algeas so longer it needs

I have some red algae with bubbles in in and I have the brown algae that grows on the glass with bubbles in it. I do not have any hair algae but I also have some green bubble algae kind of like grapes. What product should I use? Thanks in advance

I found a seller on eBay that ships worldwide as I couldn't find any in the states. I've been battling Dino's for 3 months and tried blackouts, H2O2, manually siphoning, no water changes with no real progress. Hopefully this will work.

Hey Guys, if you are having difficulty finding Algea X in North America, please send me a quick PM as we have lots in stock at our warehouse and have many stock holding dealers across the US and Canada.
Barrier Reef (http://www.barrierreefaquariums.com/) just got an order in with multiple sizes of Algea X and does ship.
But we have lots of other dealers across the United States as well, if you would like a dealer closer to you.
Sam, please send me an email at [email protected] as we have quite a few dealers in Canada who would be more than happy to ship you some Algea X.

Has anyone tried this with anemones in the tank? I'm curious how they react to this treatment.

I have a very mild case of dinos ive been battling for about 3 months. Ive done 5 days lights out and they go away but slowly come back. Ive done lights normal for one day and lights out for two days over the course of two weeks. They always come back. It is really only on the tips of gorgonians and corals up high in the tank. But I do not let them get any worse. As soon as I see them come back I just turn the lights off for a couple days. I have been dosing 1ml/10gal of h2o2 for about a month now and it hasnt eradicated them. Where can I get this Algeax? Cherry corals was out of stock. also what if I dont know he exact volume in my tank? Should i drain and refill keeping track of how much goes in?
