Copperband Butterfly - injury or disease?

The end of my CBB's nose is swollen. It looks almost like a small ball on the end of his nose. The skin does not look broken and it isn't a different color than normal.

Any ideas on what this is and how to treat?

Any way you could post a picture? Is it growing in the skin or on it? If it is growing on the skin, it might be lymphocystis. If so, you don't have to do anything except provide good food, soak the food in Selcon and vitamin C, and provide great water quality.

Tank parameters are perfect, and have been feeding live blackworms and spirulina brine shrimp soaked in garlic and selcon.

Eats like a pig.

Bump appears to be under the skin. I can't get a good picture as I only have a phone camera and I can't get him to hold still long enough to focus. Gave up after about 50 attempted photos.

Yes, I know how hard it is to get a good camera shot of fish.
