Pump Decisions

Good afternoon/ morning all. I have a 210 gallon and a 65 gallon tank that both feed into a 75 gallon sump. Originally the 210 was plumbed with a submersible pond pump that fed two 1" return lines. Each return line has 6 feet of vertical and about 5 feet of horizontal length, for a total of 12 vertical and 10 horizontal. I guess I should have read better on the Maxspect TD-9K as it really is very weal when I installed it. I wanted the duo output so that I didn't have to wye the two returns and I liked the speed feature. Sadly tech support was not helpful. I can use it on the other part of my system (overkill, but better over than under) so no loss. My question for those in the know, what brand of submersible would you suggest for my returns, or should I just put a dedicated pump for each return. As of now, I am not too bothered on control ability.

Thanks for all.
