1/4 mesh or 1/8 mesh?
Im looking into a mesh top but not sure whether 1/4 mesh or 1/8 mesh is better. From the perspective of lighting penetration, ease of maintenance, and of course preventing jumpers, which one is the better choice?

unless you're got some really small fish, i usually go 1/4" mesh. i did order a bunch of the 1/8 mesh at one point by accident, but after looking at it i think it was much smaller spacing than i wanted.

Actually I have decided to go with 1/8 after all. I’ll be getting a Red Sea Reefer mesh kit and the place that sells it locally can help me install it xD.
