Is the rear section of your overflow box dry? I've never seen an Elos in person. Does the water fill the front section of the overflow where I see a divider then go through the bulkhead?

Yes it's dry!
The water fill the from section of the overflow and drains through the PVC pipe
Elos use a PVC block not a pipe but work the same, I just make my return and drain bigger

With running the single drain at such high flow, you are not problems with noise in the sump? I had to gate my elos way back. will try and post some pics of mine in the next few days...feel free to poach some ideas.

Looks great!

Do you notice the light hanger sag since its only supported from one side? Looks pretty sweet matches your rock scape hehe

I did the lights bracket from a 1"rigged pipe and I give it a extra upset for the WGH of the light trust me it took me some time to get it right
