aquaticac, I know Macedonia is in Europe and your country is on my list for a visit. Here's a thread of a few places that I've been to. http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1720448. I've seen quite a few tanks all around Europe and that's what inspired me to start this thread because I know there are many awesome tanks around. I personally consider every country a neighbor and believe we can all learn from each other! So yeah the good wishes still stand! BTW If you know of any other GREAT tanks post them especially if you know where they are from and the person who owns it.

reefsahoy, we have built a few gret reef tanks in Macedonia.
Ajax is one of teh best , but this is most because of his deduction and love, and than because of great equipment.

WOW! when i started this thread I just wanted a place where we can all go to get inspiration when things are not going as planned in our own tanks. My other passion is traveling and I've seen many aquariums in other countries from hobbiest reefers, lfs and national aquariums. Because of RC I've met friends from other countries who have the same passion and are willing to invite other reefers into their homes and discuss success stories, and methodology of their own tanks which is great! That's an awesome way to learn reefing methods, see the way real people live in other countries, make great friends and not just see tourist traps!

We appreciate everyone's historic perspective regarding Macedonia and want to respect both party's point of view. However, this is a great thread about tanks of the world and I would hate to have this great thread which was nominated for thread of the month derailed and or locked by the mods for discussing political matters. We appreciate your understanding and thank you in advance.
