SPS tank help

Basically, All I want is thriving acropora and a few fish. I have a 40 br with an "LED Grow Light", a Reef octopus external skimmer rated for 125 gallons, 600 GPH return and 1" pvc overflow (drilled), about a 1.25 inch sugarfine aragonite sand bed, 30 lbs of LR/BR, Maxijet 900 and Koralia 425 (trying to get an mp10) and a biopellet reactor. I dose a kalk, calcium at 440 ppm and dkh at 10, nitrates pretty close to zero. What should I change to achieve optimal SPS color and growth
