Colt coral dying ?

I noticed the past few days my colt coral has started to seem like it's melting or something. Looks like there is a brown stringy stuff coming from it. Water parameters are good, had it checked at a local fish store. It's the only one acting up, the rest of my corals are fine esp the frag I cut from the colt about a month ago. Any ideas ? Can't upload pictures for some.reason

it died...think it was because of my ph being off. Looked at the wrong card, looked at the freshwater card for the ph tester. its corrected now.
