Hey Dennis,

nice Setup. Is the reflow of your closed Loop only on one site of the Tank?

I had the same in My Tank 170 cm long but this cause a dead flow area under the pump outlet so I had to put a mp40 on se oposit site of the Tank.

Kurz in Deutsch

thanks

I had decided only on 230 W RD3 with 18,000 l/h, then am, however, under it on an other RD3 speedy 8,000 l/h.
I would have included in the plan more outlets also mutually from the opposite side by the bigger pump.
However, I will fall back on the MP40Wqd and instal this later.
The construction becomes rather aerial, so that I will have here a good current. I hope it

The Closed loop is sucked in the shaft and by the shaft back more than from two to three outlets go.
I have calculated over and over again doubt had with drillings in the ground disc and with perhaps problems in the later course of the aquarium. Absolutely it would be to be had been cool from the left side still two or only one outlet. But for me and for the later construction of the aquarium it becomes better I think without.

So SPS friends, -freaks and aquascaping guys...

little Update. Today was acrylic day... cut, fix and make everything clean.
I like the clean look and I want it clean and later easy to clean

I like the color and later I will put the controllers of the Red Dragons and the Bubble King on it. The net part of the ATI Hybrid will also installed on the background.

I'm very happy about it and with the color of the BK and RD3 and in combination with my red pipes I hope you too

the aquarium is delivered probably on Tuesday

thank you Flo looks like a BigMac
It's good to see how it leads the way step by step even if it lasts long, but for it it should become well-arranged.
from end of March till present. From the drawing up to the perfect work.
Simply nicely to realise my thoughts.

I thought you'd be mounting your controllers behind the panels so that the leds from the controllers would show through..

Planning, gathering material and equipment, drawing, setting up and building is more than half the fun of reefing.
Only creative minds to get to the finish!
I wish I could build another tank...
I love the acrylic idea. It sure will keep the alu profiles and sump clean.

thanks janci,
i love it too. I think the acrylic looks good but the reason why I use it is to keep everything in it clean. we all handle with care with the water but all of you know it, it can fail always sometimes a little bit or at the work in the tank or with the skimmer or pumps drips already a little bit besides

Update....
today the tank was delivered..

The aquarium was put on the cupboard and I have checked, because it look to small... and really, it was too low! Instead of 60 cm only 55 cm.
So he took it back in the car. Now I must wait for the new one..not my day.

He was not amused, but I wait 6 years now, to build my new dream.. so everything must be perfekt.

I have send all the sketches to him and there he can see 60cm... I'm sorry that he need to produce a new one. But... not my mistake.
I think it took 2 weeks more for the new tank -.-

The tank for the RO/DI Water is here and the sump...

here Pictures for you.

I also install my Puratek 100 deluxe. The TDS shows 50ppm. So I changed all stuff in it. After that I have 13ppm. so I need to add a extra cartridge
Now its on 00ppm! Perfekt

See you guys!

little Update

I put acrylic on the background of the sump tank , because I don't want to see any cables behind the glas.

I also installed all the electric stuff ... put everything on its place on the Acrily background.
I have bored some holes in it, to hide the "meters of cable" of the RE Controllers.
So i think everything is clean in the future. and easy to use and control.

Nothing new about the main tank. I Hope its finished this week. :icon_cry:

Hey guys,
little update today I ask again and again and again for the main tank delivery.
Nothing new...
Sorry but F*****
he lies to me and told me, very very unfriendly that he's still injured.
IMHO its a very bad excuse...I question was , do I have to wait now even more weeks for the delivery?! And he answered YES ***....

Now I'm very sick ! today I send the sketches to a dealer here in Berlin, to make me an offer. On monday, I hope so, I will order the tank from another one!
Unbelievable and I have nothing more to say about this person! I will never order a tank again there!!!

Everything is here to start the tank. But still waiting around 12 weeks now for the tank delivery.

yes thats annoying ... you send all the sketches to him, every detail you thought about... you talk to him on the phone (when you reach him)

all the stress with no results!

it makes me sad

But s** happens, I use the time to think about the rock work and other stuff

Dennis, man that sump is TIDY It nearly gives me enough motivation to get off my bum and organise my cables lol almost haha

That's a real bummer to hear about the tank though! It must be so frustrating and aggravating dealing with such a company! Is there a government body you can get involved to get what you want and be done with them?

Hey guys,

Little update time... no glas at this time
But I'm ready with the rockwork. For you a insight of the rocks.
I will be able to fetch probably on the 11th of September the aquarium.
I ordered the tank from erybka. So I Need to drive around 1.000km to another Country to get the tank but who cares thats the Hobby right

When Im back, I hope I can finish the pips as far as it goes and then it's Holiday-time for 2 weeks. So I have time to check everything in my head and think about the things I need to fill the tank with water

Furthermore I have tested the lighting... it look very blue but Iphones have big Problems with the LEDs.. When the tank is runing I will use mit Canon EOS.

So sps and tank friends, I hope you like it
