Photobucket alternative for APEX?

I use a photobucket pic for my Apex dashboard and I recently noticed it was temporarily removed until I updated my account and payed $399 for ONE YR !!!!any other hosting sites recommended?

I've moved on to Flickr since the Photobucket extortion attempt.

Yep Flickr is way better, doesn't compress images and free. Photobucket was getting pathetic anyway with all the ads on the site.

we have been using flicker for a long time.. But i assume they will soon restrict 3rd party hosting to paid accounts,But not extort users for 100's I think PB Had a right to ask for money for people doing so but there fees are way way above what the service is worth..

WOW I can't believe someone actually paid that! Unless it's for a business type account and not personal because gosh darn that's a rip off!
