Yellow Watchman Goby in Open Top Tank
Hello Reef Central. I am thinking about getting a yellow watchman goby and a tiger pistol shrimp. Will the goby jump out of my open top 30 gallon tank with lots of hiding spots in the rock and a 1-2 inch sand bed?

Thanks. I was asking because I have read that they are jumpers and need a lid.

He could. I had an A. guttata watchman jump out during feeding time.

How high do these guys jump? Maybe if I kept the water level a couple inches lower he/she wouldn't be able to jump out.
