Salt!
Hi, I hap a horrible problem with algae in my 30galon and decided to remove half the water and replace it. Well I have a problem, I'm mixing it in a ten gallon and not all of the salt will dissolve. PLEASE HELP ME!
By the way, I'm back after a while.

I'll help you. Next time don't remove half the water until you have something to replace it with.

I'm a newb without much money. I decided to do it piece by piece and leaned something from that, DON'T DO IT!

I used to have that problem. I recently bought (2) 18 gal rubbermaid contaiers. 18 gal each, one it for RO/DI water, the other is for mixing.
Cost $10-15 dependsing where you go. a decent power head $15+ Heater for mixing...$25 So for about $60 you can have a decent water changing setup, this way you use the powerhead to mix the water for you. And the heater is to bring the water temp up to what is in the tank so that you don't stress the inhabitants of you underwater paradise.

I don't have any inhabitants though. I have to get a new lid, more rock, better lights, and a UV staralizer.
