Reefbreeders Led lights ????
Thinking of upgrading the lightning system in my 7ft long x24 x 30 deep already have ATI T5 and thinking about adding two reefbreeders 36in in the back because there's two 8in corner overflows so the 36in would fit just right and the fact that im not computer savie nor want to be they come with a controller, but are the any good

I have the 24” reefbreeder photon and I love it! It came with a controller and it’s super easy to program.

Reefbreeders Led lights
Thanks im leaning towards the 36in because they measure i think its 31and a half in and although my tank is a 265gl 84x25x30 the corner overflows take away 8in on both sides, do they have enough punch for 30in deep tank?

30" is going to be pushing it unless the light is close to the water.
The solution is with low level light corals on the bottom SPS no lower than 3/4 down. I get 130- 160 PAR @ 24" depth with lights about 8" above water level. Lights are turned up for a 12K program.

I've been using ReefBreeder photons for about 5.5 years. No problems at all. I still have the original lights working, plus have the newer Photon 2+ lights over several tanks. One is 10 feet long and 31 inches deep. Works great. No problem growing SPS, even on the sandbed!

I have about 3 inches of sand, so the depth is actually less than 31 though. I have two 50 inch V2 lights on it. I have two 48 inch V2+ for an 8 foot wide tank.
