Tunze 6105 stopped working

I have a Tunze 6105 that I purchased in April of this year that has stopped working - I've cleaned in a vinegar bath overnight with no change - where can I ship for service? What should I include?

Thank you.

Before you send it in, did you soak it with the drive unit (propeller assembly) removed? It does almost nothing to soak it without prior disassembly. If the drive unit is stuck, do not force it, try slowly twisting while gently pulling, but never force it or you can destroy the motor. The build up occurs between the shaft and drive unit and base and drive unit, these spaces are very tight so without prior disassembly the vinegar does not really get to these areas to clean them. This is typically needed every 6 months or they will lock up. If you need to send it in, if the controller still lights up, I would only need the actual pump, I definitely don't need the magnet holder and clamp and would only need the power supply if the controller has no lights.

Roger, I am having the same issue. The prop spins for a few seconds and stops. I have already soaked the entire unit with the same results. Can I ship mine to above address as well?
