Brooklynella

Hi,

Both of my clownfish died from Brooklynella. Do I need to QT my sea urchin and hermit crabs? Also, is the fallow period of 8 weeks enough for the lifecycle to die off?

If you are sure it was Brook, I would find a way to transfer the livestock to another tank and I would clean that tank good with bleach/water solution.

Brook is specific to fish.
If rock and sand are involved just leave the tank with no fish for about 80 days. Obviously without bleach, which would kill everything. Just wait it out and keep your inverts in that tank with no problem.
