New to the forums, guess the quickest way to see what i've done with mine is to stick some pictures up, it's mainly acan based and soon will be moving to a larger tank which will be purely LPS (acan) based...

Excuse bad pictures btw...

Cheers,

Wow, all the tanks are awesome on this page! I particularly like ReefCowboy's tank, nice corals!! The bubbles are great, you don't see that many of them anymore.

Here is mine, it is 15 years old.

Wow rhdoug,

That is a really nice established tank! I agree we dont see many bubble corals out there anymore, even though they are so cool...i see so many nice colors available out there...i have these three pieces up top and when lighting hits max, they get so big that block light from all corals below at times.
I hope my tank can get to the point yours is one day, with everything so vibrant and grown...that frogspawn colony is insane! When i think about a reef tank, that is what i picture, corals overgrown coexisting with others...nice!

Here is a few shots of my 37 gal mixed reef. I would say the majority is LPS.

Lps infection

Awesome lps tanks!! I am also a lps guy too. I plan to replicate northernreef0's acan tank but his acans got infected and i am afraid that could happen to me too. Any advice on how to avoid such a tragedy?

Here is my 90 Gallon mostly LPS Tank.

It's dominated by the Purple/Green Frogspawn, which I love due to colors and glow.

I recently added the Gold Frogspawn at the upper left and really like the yellow color mix in the tank.

The reason for posting here is I picked up a Gold Hammer, and am a bit worried if it could sting my Frogspawns.
Frogspawns don't sting each other, but do I have anything to worry about the Hammer?
