Anybody have any info on this puffer or have one?

There is a good write up on reefs.com.. Anybody have one of these? Or input....

scribbled dog faced...usually pretty mellow but can be semi-aggressive.

Thanks.. Is it the rarer puffer from Japan? They just found maybe back in 2016.... Multilineatus or something like that.....

That is pretty cool. I like that the pattern continues onto the caudal fin. Where did you get it/
