Baby peppermint shrimp? -help please

Hello guys,

My tank has been up for about a month with my peppermint shrimp being one if it's first inhabitants.
Yesterday evening I saw multiple little things swimming around as freaked out thinking it was a bad thing until I figured they were some sort of small fish. I have 2 clowns and 2 chromis but being in the tank for too little. I was able to scoop 2 out into a plastic jar. Pic is below, they look more like baby shrimps.
How do I take care of them to have a shot at growing them??

Thanks!

That's an isopod, can't believe you were able to catch it with a net. Hard to tell from pics whether it's a Cirolanid or a Sphaeromatid but you may want to give this a read--- http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-02/bp/index.php

Oh man, and I thought I were a daddy. Would this pic help?

I cought one with a cup against the glass and I had to digg the other one from the sump after I saw it go down. There is a third one very little I picked from the filter sock.

I would get rid of those. I see them on the cheeks of grouper I catch in the Gulf of Mexico, pretty nasty little parasites. Surprisingly fast too once off their host.
