Stream 3 Impeller

Roger:

I just purchased the Stream 3 and it's a really great pump! I aquascaped my tank with this pump in mind and it's completely hidden, including the cable.

Silly question: Is the spinning part of the impeller supposed to to easily separate from the rest of the impeller shaft? I thought it arrived broken, but I put it in the tank anyway and it works perfectly, to my amazement.

Thank you! It is just friction fitted, so it can pull off, my experience though is it doesn't pull off that easy a bit of effort is needed, i.e. it should fit strong enough you could pull out the magnet by the prop, but not so strong that if you held the magnet you couldn't pull the prop off.

Most definitely cannot pull-out the magnet by the prop.

I'm in Austin. Can I bring it by so you can take a look?

9-5, but it is just me and one employee, we usually take lunch 1-2 but sometimes end up leaving later so best bet is call first and 9-1 or 2:30-5.
