Trigon 190 sump

I have a Juwel Trigon 190 tank (new design, even less room in the cabinet) and have it set up with an internal filter and internal skimmer.

I would like to add a sump. Is it possible? is there anyone who has successfully built one? any help most appreciated.

You can always add a sump to any tank..

You basically have 2 choices..
Drill the tank (assuming its not tempered glass) <-- best option if possible
Or run a HOB (hang on back) overflow system <--not the best option as they are less reliable in general..

If the tank is already up/running then drilling may be difficult.. You would at least need to drain the tank partially and rehome the tank inhabitants for a bit..

Corner tanks are a challenge to fit a sump under them.

Could you do a sump off to the side of the display?
