I do have a question. One thing that has been worrying me when I transfer rock from my old to new tank has been what to do with all my acros that are encrusted on my rock. Did you break yours off and re-attach, or just work with them in place?

Once again thank you all for your kind words you guys are awesome! broke1 yes they are live rock, i kept a damp towel on the rock especially ones with corals already attached. The tank is 36x36x24 and my wife also hated the wet floors and tables when i did mine hahahaaa.

WOW! Easily one of the best I've ever seen. I never took you up on aquascape 101 because my tank was in such flux. But I would LOVE to see your tank, and possibly meet you at AZSB and you can help me. I have two rock formations and I'd love to have some outcroppings like you have! I haven't the slightest where to start.
Totally outstanding!

Very nice and very unique. The aquascaping in my tank was inspired by the cypress trees that I saw when I drove through Alligator Alley in Florida.

That looks awesome..............I like your original design a lot too, but the new design gives it an original look & a cut above. One of the few that understand it's about design & not the corals.

Very Clean! Awsome aquascaping man. Love the graceful arches that almost look like their floating in the water column.

I have been training bonsai for a while, and hate when people misuse/mispell bonsai. Lots of people don't understand the hobby.

It can also be said that many reefs in nature have lots of overhang. I just noticed its a peninsula type tank, making it even more of a challenge to aquascape. Definitely a home run!

Really nice and unique. I like that floating LR.
We've seen a few more open tanks as of late, this tank one of them. I wonder if we will see a trend or a few more go in this direction. Again, a real nice aquascape.
