Light Dimming Question

I'm going to be doing a DIY LED lighting system soon and want to know if the APEX has the ability to dim a Meanwell ELN-60-48D driver?

If so, I don't know where I find the settings in the web interface, and would the APEX to light Dimming Cable be all I need?

Forget the second question,

I figured out how to do it in this manual: http://reeftech.webs.com

Still want to make sure that the Meanwell is compatible though.
