Question restoring power to mars aqua light

So My mars aqua lights got wet while it was off. Now only the blue lights will come on, the other knob for the whites doesn't click on now. Is there some way I can restore power to the whites? Is anyone familiar with the Mars aqua??

Could prolly rig up any ol on off switch..
Finding a direct replacement... I don't know if any parts are available or not..

Another option would be to wire it on all the time.. and control the power with a timer

Mind you.. I am no electrician by any means...i just know how to rig things up to make an work
