Just keep feeding it good food and provide pristine water conditions and the fish's own immune system will take care of it.

Clownfish lymphocystis?
Could be clownfish pimples, which is a mild bacterial infection. I had a clownfish grow a "beard" and tried treating it with antibiotics and dips to no avail (although acriflavine bath removed some of it). Eventually, it just went away on its own.
