LCD project box suggestions
I'm building out my arduino reef controller and need an enclosure for the LCD. I have this lcd and have a small board soldered to the back. LCD enclosure would need to fit the LCD itself, a single button (fairly small), and a DB9 (serial) connector. I'm looking for something as low profile as possible since I'm thinking about mounting it on the side of the tank hood.
All my google searching have turned up very little, hoping someone else has already solved this problem. |

I suggest you put your entire assembly into an enclosure with a clear door on it. That avoids a ton of issues. You can then look at your display anytime you want and to change settings -which is ultimately a very rare event- you just open the little door and poke the button(s).
