Gluing Acrylic to PVC

I would like to place PVC legs onto my frag racks I just made, what is a cheap, easy and safe glue to use? I does not have to be a super strong bond.

And plastic epoxy (5 minute or whatever)

Second what mcgyvr said although i have no experience with model cement in a reef tank.
I'd add that If you have weldon it will work very well. Id use the heavier weldon 16 or something like that. If you use anything other than superglue, give it 24 hrs to cure.
