Custom 100G Build - Am I getting it right ?

I have question about my plumbing design.
The major concern I see is if I plan to have copepod breading in the sump refugium, I have design that pushes water through filters after refugium and I am now questioning myself if the copepod will make live back in the tank for fishes like mandarin gobi.

The new 100G tank build specifications are as follows:

Tank: 48" x 38" x 18"
Sump: 24" x 16" x 15"
Pump: Blue Line 55 HD
Skimmer: Precision Marine Bullet 2
lights(2): Kessill A 360W
Overflow: Custom Made

My plumbing is a pulling mechanically filtered water after refugium back into tank as well as to skimmer and additional filters like bio-pellet, phosphoban.

Besides my initial question, I have more questions,
1) Will the pump capacity (1100 GPH) be sufficient for this design ?
2) Will I have sufficient water force delivered to skimmer for it to function properly ?

I have following pictures to give idea of my build:

1) Plumbing with Manifold

2) Sump with inflow from overflow

3) Skimmer connected outside the aquarium cabinet

4) The Aquarium with lights

5) Sump and motor connection

The problem is that the IMG tag only works for pure image URLs. The RC upload pages have html and the like embedded.
