Best way to grow a nem ?

What's the best and fastest way to make a nem grow?
My nem looks far too small for my Picasso clowns and only one can be in it at a time 😞

Direct feeding is the fastest way to grow one. If I were trying to quickly grow a BTA, I would feed it a small (peanut size) piece of fresh seafood (squid, krill, fish) every other day. I would also make sure the water parameters are very good, correct sg 1.025-1.027, 78-83F, and preferably undetectable nitrates. I would also separate it from the Picassos who might steal the food and otherwise irritate it because it is so small in relation to the size of the fish. For BTAs, the anemone should measure across approximately two to three times the length of the fish, as a rule of thumb. So, say the fish measures 2.5" then you would want the BTA to measure at the very least 5" across, preferable 6" or 7." That's for BTAs, most other host anemone species need an even larger size difference, minimum three times the width/length ratio.

I've heard feeding smaller bits of mysis helps with digestion. Just feed a lot of it.

Okay the lights I have are not the best however I will look to buy a new one or DIY one. I will continue using feeding it, I feed both gbta with a little pepit thing and with mysis shrimp anyway so I'll just continue
