Tank back up

Hey all, do I have moved house and taken time to set the tank back up. Unfortunately only 1 fish survived which was not a disaster as only 2 in there. Some rocks have maintained hair algae which is still a Grr with phosphate at 0.1 and nitrate at 0.5 I was hoping it would die back. Lights are on from 10am until 7pm for 2 blue bulbs and 12pm until 4pm for white and 50/50 bulb as well.

Livestock
Currently in the tank I have

From original tank:
Longnose hawkfish
Boxer shrimp
Tuxedo urchin
Mexican turbo snail
3 nassarius snails
1 strawberry conch

New addition
6 small red legged hermits.

Proposed additions over next few months
Being bought this week :
Royal gramma
Kole tang

Future additions

Coral beauty
Foxface
Red shrimp
Cleaner shrimp
Trochus snails

Thinking the tank will be OK with those fish but opinions are welcome. Not sure if I could add anything else was thinking small shoal (3/4) chromis. But the tang and Foxface could grow big so tank space is in my thoughts.

I have corals transferred on too so its going to be reef setup.
