Dosing 2-part on a nano tank

I dose B-Ionic 2 part on an 8 gallon mixed reef tank. I'm currently using a eyedropper to dose about 1.5ml into high flow area every morning. BUT, because it's such a small tank, I'd really like to dose it more slowly over time.

Question is, am I nuts?
And if anyone else is dosing this small of a tank slowly, how are you doing it?

Thanks!

That's less than 1 dKH, or something in that range, for that size tank. If you're very worried, you could dilute the solution, but I probably wouldn't bother. What corals are in the system?

I dose about 20mL a day with a dosing pump, so I’m not at the same scale you are....

However, I don’t see why you can’t dilute the mixture to get more dosing accuracy.

Example add 3 liters of rodi to 1 liter B-ionic mixture, and dose 1.5mL 4 Times per day.

Nothing to nutty. A few acro frags, euphyllia ancora, yellow leather and some shrooms.
Gah, diluting the mixture!! How on earth didn't I think of that?!

Thanks for the help, guys. Super helpful.

On that small of a tank and with very few corals, either water changes or using kalk in your topoff would probably be more then sufficient.

I personally would try kalk in my topoff first.
