Low-Flow 0-10v DC Pumps?
I’m looking for an Apex-controllable (i.e. 0-10 v) submersible pump that puts out on the order of 500 gallons per hour (to feed a recirculating skimmer). Varios-2 is one option, but puts out a little more flow than needed and costs a little more than I’d like to spend. Can you suggest other options?
Thanks.

Good luck.. There are very few if any that will do what you want without higher cost/complexity..
Throttling down a Varios may be needed..

Jebao DC, DCP, DCT DCS series should be good options as well and those are not overly pricey.
This one seems to fit your needs: https://www.amazon.com/Jebao-Jecod-A...dp/B073XHXM2Q/

Ah, then in terms of additional cost and complexity, probably just better to go with the Varios..... Always something! (Posted before seeing the reply immediately above! Same reaction.)

Someone on other board had a V2 for sale for 125. Too good of a deal to pass up, so I got it. Now I need to sell the existing skimmer in favor of the external/recirc skimmer

Low-Flow 0-10v DC Pumps?
The old $30 Jebao to Apex adapter will not work with the new DCT pumps even though the connector is the same. However, this adapter will work...
https://m.fish-street.com/aqlink-a1-...ect-controller I have one that I’m using with a DCT-6000 pump for my skimmer. It will also support the DCS and DCP pumps as well. |
