There are two options, but first, these rarely go bad unless the driver is dead as well and created a short, so be sure this will solve your problem before you order one.
We do have new 6200.800, this is a 19V 80W transformer for the 6200, it will give the same end result for a 6100 as it is 19V. These are $60. We have used 7410.602 transformers, these are $45, they are 19V 60W, the only difference between the 2 is one can supply more watts.

Is the driver the part that the power supply plugs into?

Technically it is the electronics that run the pump, on a 6100 it is housed in an aluminum box that is either blue or shiny silver (depends on age, blue was older). A 6200 would have that same box, a 6201 would have a small black plastic box that is just a wire connection and the driver board is housed in the motor on that pump.

Mine has the aluminum box and is hardwired to the pump. Can it be replaced?

There is an upgrade available for it but it is expensive as everything must be replaced, none of the parts are in common. Most likely the motor is failing and the best fix may be to find a good used 6200 motor on eBay or the used forums here.

I borrowed a working power supply from a friend and installed it. The unit works. Another problem I found is half of the propeller is sheared off. Can this be replaced or do I have to order a new impeller assembly. Is it thesame prop as the 6105?

The 6105 drive unit is incompatible. For a 6200 the drive unit is 6200.700, prop only is 6200.120 for 6100 it is 6100.700 and prop only is 6100.120. The transformers are still available for the 6200, they are $60. More likely though the driver/ transformer connection is damaged in some way, the transformers almost never die.

Got the props. Thanks for fast shipping.A second 6100 stopped working without issueing an alarm. I guess the driver is fried as it got very hot. Do you have any used drivers 7240.27 I can buy. My units all 4 of them were purchased in 2006. I guess they are getting old.
