AI Hydra 26HD Diffuser?
Has anyone used a diffuser on the 26HD, either homemade or bought? I'm going to give the one from 3DReefing a try - supposedly they help with spectrum blending and cut down on light bleed aroundthe tank. Any experience/thoughts?

I have not however be sure that whatever you go with is using a high quality diffusion film. Cheap ones will block excessive light and degrade from the high power violet/blue too fast.

Yeah, supposedly they've run these ones for years without degrading and they warned to expect a 10-15% PAR reduction, so I'm prepared to deal with that.

The only thing keeping me from trying them is the fine print; pretty much stating quality of outcome is not the same, and some flaws are to be expected since its printed.
