Great Service.
This is where I do all my online shopping. Just had another order come in and was very pleased with the service. I did have an issue with one of the items I recv. One call and I had a partial refund. Great service, great products, great people.

I second that, ordered a salinity checker, a refractometer, arrived the next day! Pleased with the item, salinity checker that came with my new nano reef failed to work, needed item badly, right away arrived, what service, excellent!

Another purchase as I'm also in N Illinois and it arrived next day. Neat 27 inch gardener tool but using to reach and feed a shy emerald crab, worked great especially if your concerned on reaching in prevents contaminating tank, as antiseptic technique, love it. Great service, fun item. Tnx!

If your not wanting to reach into tank, neat gardener tool from Aqua Cave used to feed Emerald Crab as rarely ventures far from rock.

I agree. I have been ordering from them for years, have spent thousands of dollars there, and never had a bad experience!
