One Pump with 7095 Controller - How to Setup

Hi, I just picked up a Tunze 6201 Pump and a Tunze 7095 controller what is the best way to run this pump in single mode in my 4 ft 120 tank. I do have a Tunze fixed speed 6065 at other end. Should the small black box with the white speed control button be set to max when using controller. Looking for max random flow for the SPS. Also how do I set night mode.

The only option with a single pump is pulse mode. All other modes would run the same since there are no other pumps to alternate between.
