DIY moonlights too bright?

I made this little contraption of blue LEDs for moonlights. Just curious people opinions on it. Is it too bright? Its on a 72 BF.

I personally don't like strong moonlights. While it doesn't look too bright the fact that your camera phone can get a pic tells me its too much. For my taste at least.

I have 2 blue leds in the back corner of my 360 that shoot across the water. I had 2 on each side but turned one side off.

I have 4 sets of 2 moon lights that appear to put off at least that much light if not more.

I think for a real answer we would need PAR numbers.
