New to SPS Nano mp10w

I just got my first few sps frags and the mp10w a couple of days ago.

Tank is a Nuvo 16 about 9" wide 25 long and 15" tall.

My concern is enough flow. I can turn the mp10 all the way up on any of the modes and I dont see much polyp movement on the frags on the opposite side of the tank. When I stick my hand in there I can barely feel the flow on the other side once I'm a little over half way over. I just figured this pump would be way more than enough considering how much it cost. Possibly bad pump?

What is considered to be high flow? I guess this is what I really need to know. The acro samoensis that is closest to the flow will extend its polyps on the opposite side of where the water is hitting it but has them closed up on the side facing the pump. Is this normal?
