Just out in my back yard taking pics of the pond and whatnot and I guess this guy didn't like me spying on him...
I didn't even realize he was looking at me until I saw it on the camera's display...

Anyone know what this is? I think it might be some type of locust or large grasshopper, but I'm not sure.

This guy was about 12" long. I was leaving my tent to "water the grass" while camping and came across this guy. He was eating the cousin of the green fellow above

I posted on the macro forum of POTN and several people also said it was a katydid. One person was more specific and said, "It's the nymph of a Common green bush-cricket, Phaneroptera nana".

Also got this guy, but he is green and the plant is green so it is not that interesting in color
