Keeping Trachyphyllia?
So I've recently got an Alcyonium Colt coral which I now read is toxic to Trachyphyllia. I wanna get Trachyphyllia ASAP so are they compatible or not? Some tips on keeping Trachyphyllia brain corals?
Thank you. |

Alcryoniums belong to the leather family and generally they're toxic to LPS corals growing near them. If you want to keep both I think it'll be possible if they're some distance away from each other in the tank and if you run GAC which you change every month to take care of the chemicals/toxins released by the colt.
