Have you looked into WAMAS? It's MD/DC/NoVA but we have members in the Manassas area which isn't too far from Winchester

WAMAS has a few in Winchester. I am in P-ville, and plenty in Leesburg. Sorry there is nothing closer, but there are advantages to a large club nearby even in if there is a little driving.

I know it's a bit of a drive, but Richmond's club is quite active, and have meetings as far out as charlottesville.

Shout out for WAMAS! Big, very active, and very friendly club. Plus they are hosting MACNA next year. Come to the fall meeting and check it out. Seriously though, it is a top notch club and there are a number of members out in Winchester, even Hagerstown and West Virginia.
