I've had three Regals over the years and various set ups. I never had great long term success with SPS, but the Regal's never really nipped at them. The one I had the longest,(7years), decided to start eating Zoas and clams right out of the blue at about the three year mark...
I havent had my current Regal a year yet, but so far it's uninterested in LPS, Zoas, clams, or what few SPS I have. I say you go for it.

Really inspiring. I've made noticeable improvements in my sps system from following your threads and implementing some of your strategies. Someday I hope to pick up some frags when we're down in your neck of the woods!

Yeah I heard about it but haven't gotten a chance to see it yet. We should have a reefing version of Better call Saul; he knows a guy who knows a guys who can grow acros overnight. He always provides endless frags of RR blue sky.
