Reeflink connecting problem

Hi guys. Finally i got a reeflink in my local forum and i try opening an account in ecosmartlive.
Now when i try logging in gives me this message

I try resetting the password and i received a new one in my email
Try using that one and nothing. I even try register again and tells me my email already exist.
Am i missing something. Is my first time with a reeflink
Trying to do it thru my iphone app and ipad.

Call them. There customer service is great. But they are closed on the weekend

I’ve been having this issue for a few days now, bought two new lights (used) and a reeflink and I can’t even switch the buggers on!!

I got it to work. I contact the guy i got it from and ask him to delete his ecosmart account. After that all work just fine

I’ve emailed guy I bought mine from too, asking him to delete his account as aell

Nah, nothing..

I only created an account so far and I haven’t been able to login ever..

Hopefully one of the actual EcoTech guys will see his post and pop in for a response

When you buy a used light from someone you need to connect the Reef link directly to the light with the cord that comes with it. You don’t need them to delete there account if you do this. Good how to do this if your still stuck
