If that's the only leather you have, I be trying to get a frag or 2 started. I'd also consider removing it so it can be inspected more closely.

Bristle worm. They are ugly but they are detritivores and good for your tank. Some people dont like them.... a red variety known as a fire bristle worm (or something like that) is actually bad but the rest are fine.

Is this aiptasia? Sorry this is about as good of picture as I can get, it's on the backside of one my lower rocks.
Center height a little to the left of center of the image:

Hard to see. Could be aptasia, ball or mojano... is it white or brown? If brown, aptasia is my guess. If white, ball.

Lots of new things!

Within the past few days I’ve noticed a ton of new things crawling out of my live rock. The tank is only 2 months old, but new things are popping up daily. Lately I’ve found a small bristle worm, as well as a few tiny little white wormlike things that keep stretching out and getting small again. Today I found a little bug looking critter that I was able to ID through this thread as a good critter. I’ve also had a beautiful red feather duster type creature appear, still not sure what it is. I’m a little concerned about two things. The first one looks like brown furry tentacles coming out of a hole in the rock. It looks like it retracts completely into the rock when disturbed. The other one looks clear with a bunch of tentacles that I’m worried may be aptasia. The pics are not the best, but the best I could currently do. Any help is appreciated.
The one pic isn’t the brown furry thing retracted into its hole. You can also see the red fan next to the possible aptasia.

I think you right looks like ball and had already multiplied once. I think I'm gonna pull them out before they take over
