XS200 / Bubble Blaster Mod Question

I have an XS200 Skimmer on my 110 gallon (Total system Volume) that I am going to carry over to my new 180 gallon (Total system volume) I know the XS200 is rated for 200 gallons, but I always try to maintain around a 50% cushion when sizing skimmers. Would adding a Bubble Blaster Pump (or any other pump) significantly raise the efficiency of the skimmer?

Not by much. You can only add so much air and process so much water per skimmer body.
