Is this Toadstool molting or dying !!!!!!

Hi guys, I got this toadstool leather coral one or two weeks ago and it’s seemed to be doing fine but today I noticed almost like a crack in the toadstool corals skin. It’s not a cut by any means but it’s showing a bright yellow color underneath. Should I be worried or is it just shedding its old skin.
Thanks Jp

I believe that it is shedding. Since it is a new coral, there is a high chance it is not fully established. Don't worry just leave it there and it would get stronger and look a lot better.
